Falling Whistles Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to Falling Whistles. In an effort to better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Falling Whistles website. Please note that this policy is subject to change.

The Information Falling Whistles Collects:
On some pages, you can order merchandise or receive email/video updates, sign up for mass emails, make donations, participate in Falling Whistles’ campaigns and register to attend Falling Whistles events.  The following are the types of personal information collected on these pages:

When you use the public areas of our website, you are doing so anonymously.

The Way We Use Information
Falling Whistles collects aggregate use information, such as the number of hits per page, for internal and marketing use only; we do not provide your personally identifying information to the public.

Falling Whistles uses the information you provide about yourself when conducting a transaction only to complete the transaction. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request.

Falling Whistles only uses return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Falling Whistles never uses or shares the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


Return / Refund Policy
Falling Whistles will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Simply ship the items back to us as well as a copy of your receipt, along with a note within the package letting us know if you would like a refund or an exchange at the following address:

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. You can also contact us about your return at shipping@fallingwhistles.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund shipping costs.

Canceled orders will incur a 15% handling fee if not yet shipped.

An item shipped back to us for an exchange, automatically gives approval for re-charging your credit card for re-shipment.

Canceled orders will incur a 15% handling fee if not yet shipped.

Delivery / Shipping Policy 
We ship orders every 2 business days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday), excluding public and government holidays. Please consider this when placing your order. 

For example, if you placed an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you have until Monday, 9:30 AM, to change your order.  If the order is not changed before 9:30 AM the order will be shipped as is.  If you place an order on Monday, your order will not be shipped until Wednesday.  All applicable restocking, reshipping fees apply in case the order is not changed within this timeframe. 

All products are described as accurately as possible.  Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.  

You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If orders are returned to us by the mail service, we will contact you via e-mail to get a new shipping address, and will re-charge for shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority with Tracking. Shipping within the US takes 1 week or less, depending on post office mail volume.

International orders delivery times completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to, shipping times vary between 2 weeks and 6 weeks.
